Flipkart is the first e-commerce website in India. Almost passing 7-8 years being online it is considered as the top e-commerce. Every year it gives a very close competition to Amazon.in.
I am a regular customer of flipkart and buy stuffes almost every 3-4 days. I personally enjoy using it.
Many keypoints are their which always makes flipkart my 1st choice;
- Customer Satisfaction- I had an issue with one of the product I received. It was a shoes, I needed it on a urgent basis but the size got a bit larger from the flipkart itself. I had ordered a size of 9 but ended receiving a size of 10.
I had talked to their customer care and asked them that it was their mistake and I needed shoes on a urgent basis. Without asking any questions they exchanged my shoes within 12 hours without any extra charges. I think it is the best part I loved about flipkart.
Product Quality- I blindly trust flipkart. Many times I had listened about the frauds e-commerce companies had done to people. But hopefully I had not seen any such stuffes till now. The most expensive product I had buied from flipkart is a samsung curved TV which costs me 110000/-. Their delivery executive himself asked me to open the box and he will stayes there untill I got 100% satisfied with the delivery. I don’t think flipkart will ever make fraud deliveries.
Delivery Timeliness- No Doubt on flipkarts delivery speed. Whatever the condition is, Flipkart always delivers your stuffes within the given time frame.
Apps/Website- I use only the website not app. I finds it bit easy. Yet sometimes it’s website went slow during some sales but its OK.
Reliability- Fully satisfied with Flipkart. No complains
