Ordered quite a few products from this site. Their best thing is quick delivery, really quick. Rates are competitive and not always the least so check other sites too and moreover they don’t have any coupons etc. I faced a glitch last time, ordered a scratch guard for my cell phone (xperia mini pro) got a wrong item, they promptly replaced it, but alas again with a wrong item.
Now they say it would be refunded, but I have to buy something from flipkart, as it would not be cash refund to my bank. So overall good customer response but flipkart need to fine tune their menu card.
