Flipkart.com is not fair good to use.I faced a bad experience with thus site.one day I ordered a hand bag and phone back guard on same time.I gave my billing address and order delivery was confirmed.on the delivery day, a man from flipkart.com came to my street and make a xalk to me.then I got my parcel cover.The parcel that was delivered was 1.Then I asked that delivery man that I have ordered 2 things but I have received only 1 parcel.The man replied that I don’t know about that and if you have any complaint contact customer service center.I was very disappointed.because o receive only hand bag. but I paid amount for 2 thingsi thought my money and my product is gone.i send a request again for my product.but there is no response.i lost my money.
Customer service is bad because they didn’t reply for their customer whi lost because of them.product quality is very bad.i ordered a Brown handbag.i received brown handbag with low quality leather and the button of the handles were not fixed properly.order was delivered in correct time.but shipping cost is high.i suggest not to use flipkart.com.it have to be improved
