I recently bought an Mi4i Mobile from Flipkart., and found that it was overheating. The temperature shown in the mobile was about 42-43 degrees after continuous use of apps like Whatsapp, Myntra etc for about 15 minutes. Within 3 days of purchase, I raised a return/refund request with Flipkart., and they say they cannot oblige. Instead they are giving me tons of explanations like the mobile is safe to use as confirmed by the manufacturer. Who would want to hold a boiling hot mobile phone and talk., leave alone the variations in the harmful radiations it would emit at that high a temperature.
I find folks like Amazon and eBay much professional, and I’d once for all be switching to them instead of Flipkart.
