Most of the product I buy online is from flipkart , because it’s one of the trusted online shopping portal in India .
I like there service , and also they have friendly customer support .
Let me share one of my experience with flipkart
I ordered zebronics speakers , I got the product delivered before 2 days of delivery date , this shows how fast is their delivery service .
After receiving my order when I checked the product , I found one of the speaker is faulty and was not working , the other one was working with low sound.
Then I raised a refund request and after 10 mins I got a call in flipkart customer executive & they approved my refund request , and told me that I will get refund after 8-10 working day , once the product is picked up .
Next morning the flipkart guy came and picked up the product .
And after 2 days of pickup , I received my refund .
This is what I like about flipkart .
