I recently bought an Apple Iphone 5c from Flipkart and it has some offers too. When enquired, it said it is an authorized piece with proper warranty in place. But suddenly when the phone had some problem, I was so relaxed to know, Apple that my problem would be attended. But to my surprise they said the piece has "Unauthorized Modification" and Apple cannot give any service on the same.
It was ridiculous to know that Flipkart is not legal seller of Apple products as mentioned by Apple. The whole money which I have paid for the phone is gone waste. I just can’t use the device. Really sad that Why does Apple not take any action against it. As a consumer, it is just a pain to go from Apple support to Flipkart support with no resolution. Sheer waste of time and money.
This questions serious reliability issues on products being sold on Flipkart.
