I ordered a NEW phone from Flipkart; they delivered me a defective phone! The phone display was not working. When called customer care services, they said they are processing my request and after three days they called back and was saying the same stories. I did this for 6 times, and I am still waiting for the courier executive to get pick up my phone. It’s already been a week of calling them almost every day, waiting for their senior executive. Daily mailing Flipkart seniors. But of no use
