I bought this product reading reviews here on flipkart. Unfortunately, it didn’t cool my laptop even a wee bit. The laptop turned off due to over-temperature during hot afternoon today even when on the cooling pad, just like before. Nothing is wrong with my laptop, as it perfectly works 24x7x365 in an air conditioned room during summers or in normal temperatures. Users buy these for cooling their laptops/notebooks.
And going by the reviews, and flipkart’s assurance I bought it blindly. Now, they wont even accept a return. It is basically a brick underneath my laptop with glowing LED’s and stuff. I suggested them even a refund to buy another product is fine, but they won’t oblige.
Now consider, if I bought this at my friendly local retailer, I would have been in much better position. Leave aside friendly, Flipkart is the worst e-retailer ever. In fact, even ebay obliges to returns if the product does not perform as expected. I just bought a brick with LED’s worth 2200 rupees from flipkart.
Thanks for conning me. This would be the last time. And I would ensure in every blog and post of mine so other people stay away from you.
