Booked a clock on this website believing that as per their assurance the product was suppose to be delivered today but without delivering the product the delivery person went away showing that I was not available and then when I follow up with customer support team they say I was not available and that they did try the to deliver. The customer care executive on a huge argument provided the delivery person’s number as 8971424343. I tried this number and the delivery person confirmed that he is in GOA and did not try delivery. Now when I call the customer support team again they confirm the number I have and said that I called the wrong number and I should call 9538894717 and made me feel as I am bull shitting. The product is not delivered and they have changed the delivery date on the website. I have to gift this to someone special tomorrow at 10 and now the feel is all spoiled. They claim to be one of the best company but my 1st experience is the last and worst experience and that too it was suggested by one of my best colleague who has worked for the company and said you will not get any better online shopping site to do so. I proved him wrong completely.
