I am waiting for a return for Order ID - OD31110032295. from more than a month and still no update from Flipkart.
I will advice others not to buy anything from Flipkart as they are cheating their customers by sending wrong, damaged and used products.
Their customer care and support is also worst, that is only to check customer patience. Whenever you will call them they will put you on a long hold. Then they will show that they are working on solving your problem but actually they are fooling you by doing nothing.
I am writing all these based on my experience with Flipkart. I bought my product on 15th November and today is 31st December and still they were unable to schedule a pick up.
I have called them N number of times and sent 100’s of emails but of no use.
