My name Hrishikesh I bought a mobile from flipkart because they promised me that it will be delivered within 2- 3 days
I received the mobile only after 5 days and when opened the box there was no mobile in it. I spoke to call center they said they will delivery one more mobile but after 3 days
and it take nearly 20 minute to get connected to customer care. I suggest everybody please dont buy the product here first they don’t deliver on time what they promise in website and also the customer care . next there was no product only.
Common man get cheated by everybody now these companies also.
it was a worst experience with flipkart. they should stop giving the ads in tv when they are not ready to deliver the promises
