The flipkart is having good online shopping web. but when I use the flipkart feeling it is good not giving any special quality that is made different to other . when we buy the somethings from the flipkart and after not like the product after look physically and want to return it . it will return but but taking the time and money will return after the long time . the body who want money instant but the company is not return they are taking long time to do . so the customer is feeling bad experience like me . the flipkart deliver the product but some time it is having change the product that we order . the online shopping is good but are always not maintain the quality and quantity . the returning policy is also very slow .
product quality is not always good because they are working properly on it, that is I think . the filipkart is big company that is working whole world so it is essential to maintain all that the think . the flipkart product quality is not always bad but some time it is good . the online shopping is make easy our life, they save the time and other extra work . other wise the flipkart product quality is good for all the customer but I am only say it is return the the money very slow . if it is they do they get the target .
delivery timeliness is another problem because they deliver the product very late . when the product I want and not it deliver at the time limit is create other big problem . some time they deliver time to time but mostly after that the time limit . the delivery boy is call me when he come to deliver my product but he not come my home which address I am giving on order time, he is told me to came on the land mark place I am stand hear come and take it our product .
some time the delivery boy call me and tell sir I am come and then he come after the 3-4 hrs I am waiting for him . I am stop my work to going somewhere but yet he not come . it is make bad experience of me with flipkart . so I am not to any things from the flkipkart .
app and websites have some time difference because some time they are giving the offer on app not on the web. I am using the flipkart when using the app having the offer but not on web. . the flipkart is giving additional discount on the specific ATM which user they are using this they can use the offer not other . the filipkart is giving the discount to the new customer not for the regular customer .
so I think it is not reliable for the customer who are regular using this because they going to loss . when we compare the product rate with other web. this have taking extra money for the same product . so I am not chose this web to buy the any thing . they can take extra money . I can say the flipkart is want to change the some policy of the other web they are working batter as compare to the flipkart for ex. amazon .
