Hey friends
Since im using flipcart for over 3 years I’m going to share a honest opinion.i think that flipcart is better than amazon not because of just it is an indian app but because of the service they provide.i have bought so many products from Flipkart and I am completely satisfied with it.The best purchase I made so far is ( in case of money saving) is puma shoes which was worth of 3000 and I got it for only 1200.bang rs 1800 savings. Though I had to wait for 3 months for the offer but its worth it. I got it on diwali sale.i have also bought mobiles like realme x2 pro and redmi note 5 pro and other electronic stuff like pendrives and memory cards and im not disappointed. although if you want to buy anthing on flash sale you probably won’t get it. Flipkart needs to work on it.and also flipcart needs to work on their customer services.its not bad but they need to improve it in regards to the refunding and that stuff.
The good point is they provide wide range of products and covers almost every corner of country( I think that) . And its app version is better than website its easy to use and now they are adding many regional languages.for the product quality im completely satisfied. I got every product in perfect form. At least I got don’t know about others. I would suggest you to buy products from popular companies for good quality and also check the review for the product before purchasing it.in case of delivery I won’t say it is amazing like you get product within 2 or 3 days but it is satisfactory ( nowdays its may be late cause of covid 19) . You will get your product within 7 days. So thats it thanks flipcart.
