Defective ELS Power Bank Sony charger. Absolutely Fed-up with FLIPKART customer service. The above said charger was delivered faulty. ( Order- OD30822005552 ). Tried returning it but was not able to do so on two occasions within a month because Hyderabad city was closed on these days because of Telangana agitation. The customer service told me to check up with SONY service centers in Delhi.
Tried 3 centers in Delhi- Munirka, South Extension and Lajpat Nagar. None was willing to repair or even help out. Called up FLIPKART helpline once again on 13th Oct 2013 at approx 1040 hrs. Spoke to Mubi at Bangalore. Told her about all three Sony service centers which did not help out.
She said she will find a solution in 24 hrs. Now she sends me an email on 14th Oct at 1149 hrs asking me to tell her once again the names of Sony service centers which did not help. This is great service..!!!!......
Wish FLIPKART had told me that they supplied faulty Power Bank for smart phones for even a reputed company like SONY...... I would have never touched Flipkart with a pole.....Now I am saddled with a FAULTY SONY ELS power bank charger and FLIPKART Customer Service refuses to help- physchandru021y or even by phone....What do I do..??
Maybe I will flip sides and try and never see FLIPKART again.
