Yes it is Flipkart is simply superb, 1 month back I bought goggles for my wife through flipkart, after opening the pack I saw the glass was broken immediately I selected the option return the product option in my mobile, within 2 days the Flipkart guy came to my house and collected the goggles.
And they transferred the amount to my bank account the next day. I felt very much relaxed and very happy by getting the money back into my bank account with out any problem and also one thing I have say about Flipkart is the design of the website is good, it is very easy to understand and easy to use the Flipkart APP or website.
