I wanted to order few dresses(3) for me via Flipkart. As per expectations, as soon as I ordered the product it got confirmed too.
However, a day later because of tight budget needed to change the decision of buying 2 dresses rather than three.
Since the order was confirmed and the three items were clubbed in 1 order. It seems impossible to me cancel the entire order, just because It can’t be altered at my end and I didn’t wanted the hassle of paying COD of three dresses and then returning 1 dress(which I never wanted), alongside waiting for money refund.
I straight away called to Customer Care and they altered my order with a blink of eye !
It was Happy go Lucky feeling:)
