Few years back, I used to purchase only certain electronic items from flipkart.com for the only reason being that they were unavailable in my city and the service used to be okay.
Then I heard customers complaints against Flipkart so I was really scared to purchase anything from them but it so happened that I wanted to buy a UCB cardigan which was unavailable on other websites and in store, so I just placed an order and the price was very good.
I was amazed at the speedy processing and delivery of my order. Just took two days to reach me.
Then I ordered more stuff like footwear and clothing and every time I am impressed with the speedy delivery.
Also I must mention that the exchange policy is amazing and the return policy is the best I have ever seen online or at any physical store.
I don’t even need to call the customer care, just go to my orders section and fill up all the details and I can request a refund or exchange, completely up to me. And the whole process takes only 2-3 day which is acceptable to me.
But my review is based on my experience with the clothing sold by flipkart.com, so maybe it is limited although I am planning to purchase a camera soon, I hope it will be a good experience as ever.
