This review is entirely about Flipkart services these days.
First they cancelled my order after 6-7 days of waiting quoting that Order is "Out of Stock". Few days later, same product was again listed in the website.
I went ahead with the order(as I used to trust the service) and Flipkart said the delivery time will be 2-3 business days. As the delivery needs to be done in same city(Bangalore), this was always true without fail from them. After 2 days when I called them, they said expect the delivery 4 days after. The representative was, unlike Flipkart trends, a bit rude on this as well.
Flipkart was never cheapest place to buy product, in fact it’s one of the costliest. I use the service for fast delivery, but if the delay the same city delivery to 6-7 days and then cancel it on their own, I’m very much done with it.
There’s absolutely no point in going with a costly service with so much delay now.
I don’t know what’s going on with Flipkart these days, but it’s a great service now turns out to be must avoid. This definitely is my last transaction with Flipkart!
