After seeing a lot of impressive advertisement of FLIPCART on TV etc . I ordered one NORTON antivirus protection vide order no OD21009122205 dated 9-10-12 for my laptop which was expiring in one week.the product was shown as available during the time of ordering .
I was confident of receiving the shipment as immediately after ordering I received one mail/SMS confirming the acceptance of order and delivery by 13-10-12.(the scheme offered by NORTON was 1 year protection+ 1 year free was valid only till 31-10-2012)
however after waiting for a week when there was no information about the shipment, I wrote a mail enquiring about the delivery status to which I got a reply from FLIP-CART stating that the status will be informed in next two days .( from Ms ramya) .
After waiting for couple of days again I called their customer support phone number on 18-10-12 . again I was told by flipcart that they still have no information about the product . I requested the operator to let me speak to their senior . I was promised that one Mr gopal will be calling in next two hours to let me know the status .
but I regret to inform that till date I have neither recd any phone call or any reply of any sort by /email etc regarding the status of my product.although my PC is working without any antivirus protection which I thought will be delivered in time.
I also feel there is deliberate attempt to delay this shipment from FLIP-CART as the special scheme offered by NORTON is only valid till 31-10-12.
since no body is bothering to reply to this order, i wish to highlight that this on line store is least bothered about the customers . it does not even bother to alteast reply giving the status of the shipment even after promising the delivery in 4 days .
kindly refrain from ordering the products which are important( I am still waiting for the product and my PC is working without any virus protection)
THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST ON LINE STORE WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE PRODUCTS HIGHLIGHTED /SHOWN IN THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT AVAILABLE . I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY PRODUCT FRO FLIP-CART AND WOULD ADVISE ALL NOT TO DO SO FROM THIS SITE
WILL FLIP CART BE RESPONSIBLE IF THEIR IS ANY DAMAGE TO MY PC?
