Recently I purchased a top end washing machine with exchange offer. The person who came to collect the washing machine, rejected the old machine saying there is some rust somewhere in the machine. This is ridiculous. I am using the washing machine and it is working without any issues. Washing machine will always be in touch with water and there may be some rust somewhere. Looks like they expect us to return a new washing machine. Of course you have an option of paying the exchange value and get the delivery. It seems like a scam. You hook the customer saying they will take the old item and once they got you, then reject the exchange offer and take the money. Flipkart should understand that this is how they loose their customers to Amazon.
