Hello friends, am writing this review on this online shopping site.To start with I wish there were no ratings for this site if possible.
I recently ordered a Messrati Watch which I received on 14-10-2016, since 19-12-2016 it has stoped working.When I tried calling the customer service firstly it was not put me to speak to someone and then when I get the call back they said you need to go to the outlet now but there is no outlet in my area and they also said that they cant help it anymore now .I didnt know where to go and whom to contact for refund or repair .
It was my first purchase online and worst one as well.I will not recommend Flipkart to anyone, really the worst online site.
