I have ordered brand new Dell Dell BH200 Headset for cost 1929 INR. But the Flipkart sent me the second hand product. I am very unhappy with Flipkart. I was regular customer of Flipkart but now Flipkart is using their brand value & name and sending the damage product.
I have asked Flipkart to replace the product but the Flipkart reply as:

Why Flipkart asked the money for new product and send the secondhand product??
