Worst e-commerc website

*Worst experience@flipkart.com** I have placed an order OD30615020633 on 15th June, 2013 of Rs.13457/- that is to be delivered by 19th June, 2013 by courier service ekart Logistics : WSRP0767067365. Flipkart Service was so disappointing that I have not received the order till 24th June, so I cancelled it and requested for my Refund. As per conversation by customer care amount is supposed to be credited back by 6th June, 2013, but yet I have not received the amount. As I have purchased it on EMI and it has also reflected in my credit card bill that I supposed to pay by 15th July, 2013 but yet there is no response.


As per telephonic conversation, I got to know they have cancelled the order but my refund is not yet initiated, they said refund will be initiated once the order is returned back to the warehouse and there is no update by courier service on my order after 25th June, 2013 and no action is taken yet by flipkart against it. It’s the worst thing I got to know.


They don’t even bother to contact me for my concern and never gave any positive response.


This is the worst website ever.


i highly discourage purchasing any product from this website.


I posted complain on their page but they remove it twice.
