I have mainly two problems with flipkart.
1) their packaging is not up to the quality, sometimes it looks like they just took the product, put that in a bigger box and sent to you. many times they don’t even add safety air bags. the box is also of very low quality and get wrinkled easily.
2) you must have to download the flipkart app to access form mobile. you cant access their site directly by your browser. that’s annoying sometimes. its not liek people use that everyday and not everyone has phone which can keep hundreds of apps installed without any problem. every time you try to access that redirects you to play store. because of that I stopped using that site in phone.
