I bought a product "Gillette Fusion Hydra Gel Ultra Protection" and as usual the shipment was according to flipkart standards i.e. very fast. However, that was the end of the Flipkart quality which I have always known, once I open the parcel, the product was damaged and the shaving lotion has now stopped functioning which is very disappointing.
To add on to the frustration, the team from Flipkart are very reluctant to replace the same even after several mail exchanges between me and the customer support team from flipkart, for sure this would be my last purchase with flipkart and I can clearly say that they have lost all the faith and reputation which have built over the years and several orders.
I would honestly suggest people not to be cheated by Flipkart, their quality of products and service has been slowly deterioration and for sure this would lead to the downfall of the company pretty soon.
