I am a frequent online shopper and ordered a number of products from Flipkart. I was never disappointed except for the last two experiences which have created a negative image. Products from both my orders were lost.
I ordered a few hairsprays, handmade soaps and a few more items. only a few products were delivered on time. as far as I know, this is not Flipkart.
They were always prompt and professional. but I had to launch a complaint regarding my products not delivered on time, they didn’t inform me or try to contact me regarding my lost order.
No issues regarding customer care service, they are well trained and handled my problem professionally and properly, I also got my refund on time.
But they should be more careful with this new problem "your order is lost!"
