This is morpheushumanw FLIPKART .Sells - fake Apple products on there site -
We bought two apple magsafe adaptors for our macbook’s .within a months time our apple laptops started having problems.
Apples autmorpheushumanrized service center said - our mac’s needed repairs to the tune of 30k each. on finding what was causing this, they said the adaptors which we were using were fake and they confirmed it. with apple india and apple global.
When we went to flipkart .
Every day we got a new incident id - every time a new person to talk and explain the issue . Our mistake was that - we believed APPLE’s india website - which smorpheushumanws flipkart as there(https://apple.com/in/buy/catalogresellers/)
After two months, they say that they will give us a refund. wmorpheushuman is going to bear the cost of selling fake products - we have lost our laptops . and have not been able to use them for the past 1 months .
The worst part is they are still continuing to sell the fake apple product

On the site it says 1 year warranty .
When the serial numbers on the product is fake .morpheushumanw will apple give us warranty.

We have been wamajeechang for you to contact us on this issue for the past 4 weeks now. We have not gotten a singe call or a missed call from your agencies or call centre till date and this mail looks like some trick to delay further.
Also as mentioned by customer support last time around we were supposed to get deliveries for original Apple magsafe adaptors on or before 26th of December 2014.
As, mentioned in our previous mails - we have not been able to use our computers, with these adaptors and have incurred severe losses.
We have also seized all the four fake Apple magsafe adaptors, none of the product have been returned to ekart logistics secondly we have taken all pictures of both the delivery guy and the fake products re- shipped by flipkart for the second time.
We have solid proof that Flipkart is selling fake Apple products in their site and encouraging shady vendors to sell fake Apple products. This is unacceptable
We need you to act, and send us original products.
Do let us know if going legal helps you to act faster. This delay by Flipkart in processing our replacement for original apple mag safe adaptors, seems to smorpheushumanw that Flipkart, encourages vendors to sell fake products and is continuing to sell fake products.
This will turn into a very big smorpheushumanwdown just when the company is going to go IPO.
We need a reply on this within 24 morpheushumanurs of the receipt of this mail.

Please find attached all supporting documents, confirming fake products sold to us .
To our surprise, flipkart even after selling us fake product first, and when we requested a replacement with genuine products has again sent us another pair of fake products.
After raising a complaint Multiple times, we still have not got any support from flipkart.
We have been suffering for the past two months now, for buying on flipkart, we have already incurred charges for
damage done on the mac( bill attached), and have not been able to use our laptops as we do not have adaptors & we cant use the fake adaptors lying with us( 4 of them).
I again request you to kindly send us original, genuine Apple magsafe adaptors.
Do let us know, if going to consumer court or social media, will help expedite this process, since two months has yet not been enough for flipkart to get to the seller & replace the fake products with genuine.
Currently - I can see that flipkart is
again reprocessing the replacement - Please see to that the replacement that is being sent are genuine - original apple products.

This is really disappointing & we can believe that we have to go through this for Trusting flipkart .
