Flipkart is very responsive website on that I can believe
flipkart deliver best products in time and delivery is very good sometimes it takes few days to reach you but give u a genuien product
I think if it has refund system more fast like they can create a in app wallet for each customer so on time of return customer can get their money back fast
I did my first online shopping from snapdeal but after thet I saw the add of flipkart on TV tehn I ordered a product from flipkart and I was amazed with the delivery I ordered a watch at night 11 pm and I got the parsel next day morning which was a wonderful feeling
