Flipkart was my first shopping site. I have bought 3 mobile phones yet in last 3 years and other products also from flipkart. I always place prepaid order with flipkart. I felt very safe with flipkart. Flipkart delivers me products always within its estimated time. I have also a bitter memory with flipkart one time after which I started to dislike flipkart. I live in delhi and ordered there reebok sandal for ₹900 from flipkart. On its estimated date I got message on my phone that product will be delivered to me today but after that no any courier boy approaches me. On next day same thing happens I got message but no more happened. In third day courier boy called me and asked me to come to a place for picking up my product which was about 1 km away from my room. While my room was only 7-8 minutes away from nearest metro so one can understand my location. I asked him to come to my flat I pressed more than he comes but still he was not coming to my flat. At last he told me that he wasnot delivering. Than I contacted customer care they assured me that they investigate and reattempt delivery. But at evening I received message that my order is cancelled. Again I contacted customer care than I got answer that 3 attempts of delivery was done. I told them that I only got message no attempt were made but they were not giving any satisfied answer . After that flipkart reputation in my eyes starts decreasing. So I give 2 stars.
