I remember when Flipkart was micro site with limited number of visitors and I am ashtonished how it has grown. I was apprehensive during my first purchase on this site but the product reached to me in a good packing and the product was exactly as it was displayed on the site.
Now Flipkart has grown over the years and integrated many facilities like easy returns, refund using IMPS, they have opened flipkart hubs for delivery and pickups for remote areas.
Delivery options have also increased now I can order products on a single day or same day delivery which is wonderful facility if you are willing to spend additional money for shipping.
One thing that stayed the same is the great customer service of this site and so far correct and great customer service was provided to me on all purchase.
I have blinding faith of this great e-commerce site and hope it stays the same in the distant future.
