Most of the time specially in fashion & clothing category, we have seen unpredictable customer service. Firstly their customer support is really poor, they dont used to give prompt resolution and mostly say they will resolve the issue in 7 days which is really pathetic. Secondly, their terms condition used to vary according to seller for same kind of product or category. Flipkart even used to cancel order of even Flipkar Assured orders without even proper notification. Delivery date extensions are their regular behaviour. For making bigger brands happy flipkart even dont entertain exchange or product even though product has variation in terms of sizes. We used to purchase from different portals and flipkart as well but buying experience from flipkart platform is really worst among all leading online players.
