I had one of the most horrible experiences of online purchase. I made one buy of 5 pieces curtains and paid for it. I got acknowledgement as five separate orders for one curtain each, but order reference for all of them was the same - very clever. Next day they cancelled all the 5 orders one by one on their own. I was refunded for one curtain only. Every time I complain they would give the diplomatic answer that they will look into it and later reply with the same irritating answer that they have refunded the amount to the referred order, where as the refund was for one item only. I gave up after several correspondence. I have deleted Flipkart from my dictionary.
