I have bought many products from flipkart, like my D-Link router 150M, intel processor recently, motherboard, ordered a samsung phone for my father.
Dlink took a little bit of time in arriving around 7 days. but other products were delivered quite fast.Their chat service is even helpful, someone is always there to help us.One advantage this flipkart has and that is if u purchase a product from them, and in a week you find something faulty in product or incase you dont like the product or dont want it.
You have a 1 click solution and not only they will replace but also they will refund if thats required. where as if you buy from local shop you cant even think of this facilities, once you buy and then forget your money, and if you have any issue with the product within a week. Nothing matters to them you need to run to the service center respectively.
Where as flipkart offers you a great help, within a day or two they send their staffs to collect your product and then replace or refund you. I will surely give a pick up to this site.
