I had order an VU HD TV 40 " online from Flipkart. I wanted to place prepaid order but was not really sure on the delivery time so please an cash on delivery order.
Post placing the order the expected date of delivery was for the next day and the date for installation was with 48 hours post delivery which was part of terms and conditions. I had called the customer service team to arrange for an EDC machine as wanted to pay through card which they had happily accepted ans also requested to have the TV installed on the same day of delivery for which they had taken the request and had asked me to call them once the TV has been delivered at my place.
I was not really sure on the delivery time but to surprise it was delivered right next day as committed. Not only this, just after an hour post delivery of the TV, the technician too called up asking to confirm on the address to have the TV installed. Amazing service I must say and do as committed.Team Flipkart, you people are going an great job.keep it up.
