I Bought a Xiomi 2 Prime from Flipkart
The phone delivered to me came along with some manufacturing defect, the other person can not listen you if you are walking or roaming anywhere .
Phone screen sometime started to changes its color .phone get heats while talking and many more problems but the major is its voice calling issue .
the complaint was raised and forwarded to their dept and its being suggested that I have to courier that phone from my side and flipkart will make the replacement .
I did the same thing and courier company take the responsibility of that courier, after 2 weeks I made a call to flipkart where they replied that they didnt get the Courier .
I cross checked it with courier company and they were on a statement that we tried calling you on the given number but couldnt able to reach you, actually your courier consist of electronics and required to be get insured before courier which means a burdon of around 1400 /-. The amount sounds pretty high so I decided to talk the flipkart representative and let them understand the case in detail.
executive replies me to take back the parcel and to arrange a pickup form there side and it is around 45 days and I am still waiting for their response .
I got few emails and text but not any concrete response .
