Last month(in june) I orderd VR AURA 3D glasses from flipkart which costed me around 2, 000rs with tax of 28%. I was so excited for the delivery as I wanted to gift that to my younger brother. firstly I talked to customer care for fast delivery and he guarantees me that product will reach 3 days before the last delivery time theey gave. still the product reached to me last day.
Secondly, when delivery boy arrived(suddenly), I was not fully prepared with cash that time . I just asked him for 5 minutes as I was alone in the home and arranging cash in the home. He was so much arrogant and started shouting literally. I dont know why he could not even wait just 3-4 minutes.
Then it comes to packaging which was not packed very well( as compaired to other online shopping stores packaging) . when I opened, it was almost open like somebody has checked it before. They provide me a small cloth to clean the lens of the VR. and truely speaking that cloth was so dirty, which was clearly looking.
At the end, the VR pro was also not in a good condition. The lenses were scratched and buttons were not working properly. It has happened to me second time and I am not going to order anything from flipkart ever.
