Being a part of flipkart since 2014 I never felt any bad thing about flipkart so the frist thing my user experince with flipkart is so good . when I start my online shopping my first experince is with flipkart to bay a pair of shoes somewhere in my nmind there is dought that what happen if don; t get that because I pre-pasid money , there is no option of cash on delivery . and the bad thing is my thought were true and I did’t get product in time I thought that I got my money flushed . I called flipkart thay say wait for some time after the delayed .i am feeling bad about that website . but then the mood changing time came they say that soory sir we will refund your money back and I get back my money in 3 days ufff all worry are gone . then or now I shopped a lot of product and never get any issue if I get they will resolve it in a quality time as soon as they do i’m fully satisfied by them just loving the shopping experince. ; )
