I placed a order(Order ID: OD40722029490) for Philips SHL3000PP Over-the-ear Headphone in 22th July from https://flipcart.com
They sent me a defected piece with opened packing. after that they also delayed return request as they scheduled it for 26 July 2014, after that they rescheduled it for 1 Aug 2014 . I am really surprised with that service like that from the side of a big brand. I really dont want to order further from this site anymore. I also cancelled other orders which I done. I requested to pickup that return order as soon as possible because it was difficult to carry a big box in the bag . But they always replied in a negative manner. It is so difficult to write and facing conditions like that. We all costumers want a good and reliable service from your side, thats why we pay you . But it is like purchasing a headache . You are making fool us and playing with our amount and time as well. It is very disgusting. I am writing this complaint with a big irritation. They did like that with me when I am a very old customer of Flipkart. I think its dealers and executives never respect their costumers. They hired some persons who asks for a regret only. But it is not sufficient because we want worth of our money, we want a good product with a good service.
