My experience with flipkart was disappointing.
I ordered a Japanese body shop cream and they delivered the wrong cream to me.
I called the customer care and screwed the guy, because I was eagerly waiting for it.
They apologised and later collected the product after a week or 10 days.
They said the new product is on its way to delivery.
I was again eagerly waiting and it was the same wrong product again.
I lost it this time, I asked them to refund the money around 999/- and they polished me saying if it’s okay for them to put in my flipkart account.
I later argued and got the refund to my bank acc.
I later found out that they had blocked me from ordering COD. JUST WHY.
