Checked their expected delivery time and found it to be within the time line.But was totally disappointed to see that they didn’t deliver it after 2 days of the promised delivery time.
The same time my brother purchased a gift from shopping.indiatimes.com and it reached 2 days prior to the expected delivery time. Contacted their delivery team to know the status and was completely taken aback when the executive informed that he is unable to track my order bcoz he has no access to computer.I had to help him to track by checking the courier site from my end and at the end he asked me to wait for 2 more business days.This is how flipkart works.
