Out of the few online sites that I had used so far Flipkart.com stands out as the best yet. I purchased a few computer accessories and they were very prompt in the delivery. When one of the items developed a defect after a year (within the warranty period) they dispatched the replacement with no fuss or formality after just a phone call.
Here I was all ready for the usual prolonged ’battle’ but Flipkart just took the wind out of my sails and does not give me any chance for complaining. I wish some of the other sites like indiavarta.com learned a few things from them. I like these guys . And would deal with them more often if only their courier could deliver straight to my home.
