I bought a oneplus one phone from flipkart which said it gave 30 day replacement guarantee. I am facing trouble with the phone both hardware and software. All the people I know who have bought oneplus one got update for softwares the same day and I on the other hand havent had a notification regarding it for more than 5 days. My phone is still running on old platform and OS. On the other hand I am having problem while hearing a call despite as volume is too loe despite incoming call volume being full. And if I call customer support he is giving me lame reasons "that seller is not responsible for update", "have you kept volume full?" and when I inform him about his queries, he then gives me an answer that he cannot take an exchange request as technical team first will call you.
I ask him to direct my call to the respective department, he says he cannot And that I will have to wait for his availability. And then he starts countering me that " it seems you are hearing me alright" and starts acting like a "technical person". Then I ask him for the reference no of that recording he says he cannot, while dealing with many customer support I have got the reference for the recording. Dear flipkart if you cant keep the commitments which you cannot maintain stop offerin then those commitments. MY PHONE IS IN FULL CLEAN CONDITION.
