Hi! everyone, here I want to express my experience about this service. I do feel that flipkart is one of the most important service package for online shopping.I am also one of the customers who like to get goods delivered by placing order through online and I used to choose flipkart as the service is quite accessible to my locality. As I had an experienced this service is very good in terms of delivery of the quality products .* Firstly when I was ordering a pair of shoes i.e Puma branded.
I have received an exact quality product as it does mention in the online .I feel its honest to deliver the product and its appreciating.* Another time anyhow it was unlucky for me as the flipkart has failed to deliver my ordered goods.I placed an order for two items i.e Advanced Bank Management & OTG cable.
Actually I have received that OTG cable but it has defect which did not worked for my mobile, it was not working for other phone also. so I see that this service may be good but sometimes there is a defect or fraud with the delivered goods.* The above mentioned textbook which I ordered has been failed to deliver for me and the problem as I know is due to courier’s inability to bring and they notified me that the product got damaged on the way. Actually the delivery service is good as I know, it has got to deliver the first product ordered on time. It took several days only to reach my address .But its obvious to say my address is quite far from that place from which products are delivering, it must take one or two weeks as a delivery days.
Flipkart has given good apps and websites also through which I could carry out my orders.* Even though I faced the problems regarding the orders I could get help from the concerns and they were giving some information by contacting me .The Flipkart has been giving several payment options while ordering the products . I like it because the service provides " cash on delivery " and the products also could be replaced as well.* So from my own experience I believe that this service is quite reliable, I trust it as it is helpful for everyone .
