I ordered a jean product from flipkart, but didn’t liked its quality, so decided to return it, a person came and took away the package, so far so good, but when it came to the payback, it had to submitted into the same account from where I paid for the order, and it was an NRE account, that time I didn’t knew that money can’t be submitted in rupees back to an NRE account, it can be only in dollars or other foreign currency. So, it took them more than a month to tell us this fact and we have called them almost each day, but nobody could tell anything. The delivery time also doesn’t impress anyone, which ranges from 5-10 days from ordering. App interface is ok, easy to order, overall an average site to buy something.
