I have ordered a product and on expected delivery day the tracking status changed to DELIVERED but the product wasnt actually delivered to me. When the concern was raised with Filpkart they have given a commitment date to resolve it and on that day they called and said would take few more days. I have given that time also. The worst part is courier people started calling and questioning me that we have delivered give your address. After continuous followup for 10 days Filpkart accepted for a replacement even then the replacement item also didnt reach on time. Rather it didnt even dispatch on expected delivery date. Finally had to cancel the product after 5 days of expected delivery date and take the refund.
Over all this Flipkart is asking to give a feedback which I am not sure what they are expecting the feedback would be. They are giving away our phone numbers to the courier guys when an issue has come and telling them to resolve it if they dont then flipkart would do it.
After a long time tried Flipkart and it has again proven itself to be worst service.
