Hey guys, I want to share my experience with the flipkart with you guys.
Starting with the customer service so.worst services of flipkart. After service is null of very bad of this website.
I’m not satisfied with the customer service of this website.
I’ve bought so many things from flipkart and trust me only two product was good in quality. Otherwise quality is so poor and packing is also very bad of the flipkart.
OH.Delivery timeliness is very bad, I ordered Redmi note4, they told me it’ll reach you in 6 days, but after that I was waiting for long time around 17 to 18 days, but there was no sign of product, so finally I’ve cancelled that phone order. so delivery timeliness is very worst of the flipkart.
Talking about App & website so it’s good. You can find many kind of product there. interface of the flipkart app is quite good.
Talking about Reliability so its not reliable.
At last I can only say that it doesn’t match your expectation.
