I am editing this review because of something very serious: Some time back I ordered a textbook from Flipkart and the very next day I get an sms advertisement about classes of the SAME SUBJECT that I ordered the book for. I have never received advertisement from any coaching classes, and this first cannot be a coincidence. Theres no point writing to flipkart about it.
But I must warn those purchasing there that they dont follow a respectable privacy policy. Hope they havent shared my credit card details with such agencies.

Service and Support : These people are good if you have a query on your order but they are not very open in accepting that they dont have good systems in place yet. I asked them to confirm an order date and they simply could not do it. However, if you make a suggestion, they dont care to respond specifically, unlike Amazon, who, despite being such massive business, respond to every single suggestion.
Information Depth: The site information is copied from Amazon.com, theres total lack of originality but it works, because Amazon is great.
Content: Their cataloging is the worst part, book names are often wrong, author names are wrong (one book even has a nonexistent author!), book names are abbreviated, sad.
Design: The site is fairly accessible, except for some technical glitches, like asking for verification for logged-in users.
Website Load time: Its generally not an issue
Its a bookshop site on which one simply cannot write a good book review because they dont like negative reviews and a few of my well-worded reviews where simply not posted. They would rather prefer the kind of review that says:
~~acceptable review for flipkart
"i hope da book rockz lik 5.some1!!!!"
"wat u said is ri8"
~~~unacceptable review for flipkart
"Author x lacks orginality in this book, but in many sense thats what you would expect considering the literary infecundity of the writer, which has been radiating from his previous work. If I have to recommend between this book and a second-rate bollywood movie, I would recommend the movie, which is essentially the same but atleast keeps you awake through the buffonery."
