I ordered Yu Ace(Charcoal Grey, 16 GB) from FLIPKART by opting for Exchange option. But when the pickup boy came to take my mobile he inspected and said this mobile cannot be exchanged as it have minor scratches on side lines.
Not sure if FLIPKART is expecting a brand New Sealed Pack mobile from me in EXCHANGE?
They were just giving me Rs 800/- for my old mobile out of which they charged Rs 100/- for pickup. I told that guy if he don’t want to take my old mobile not an issue I can give you Rs 800 in cash right now, but delivery boy denied and cancelled my order.
I ordered my mobile for my Mothers Birthday and I was not able to gift her due to this vague reason and poor customer service.
