Flipkart is biggest home grown player at the moment in online shopping companies. Services are good. Delivery timmings are very good . Product is delivered in with in 4 days usually. Only in some cases takes time more than this. Return policy is very good. Bought a tablet but didn’t liked it much so returned it after few days. They just simply returned the money within a week. Free delivery on books is also a very good move to compete against arch rival Amazon.in which also provides very good services. So it will be interesting to see competation between the two and rest of the players.
But I was disappointed that the BIG BILLION DAYS sale was not that awesome that it had been last year.
