I placed an order for a water filter on this website about a month ago, as a cash on delivery order. It was claimed by the website that they would deliver the product as ordered within a maximum of a week’s time. It has more than a month that the ordered product has been delivered yet. made a few calls to the customer-care and they assured me that the ordered product will be delivered within a few more days, but not delivery yet.
I feel very disappointed by the customer care service as well as the service of this website. I do not fell to order anything else from this website in the future.
